12 Sessions in Total (2 sessions/month for 6 months)
One 90-minute Discovery Session
Dedicated time to get to know each other and set goals for our six-month engagement.
Ten 60-minute 1:1 Coaching Sessions
Intensive coaching twice a month where we will go deeper and explore while making progress against your goals.
One 90-minute Completion Session
An extended final session to close out our partnership and celebrate your progress!
