This cohort is for women in tech who want to reflect, connect and grow - professionally and personally. All levels are welcome.

An open-hearted, confidential space to slow down, reconnect with your authentic self and what you want - surrounded by other women who understand your struggles - who just get it.

• A blend of individual reflection and exercises, breakout sharing in pairs, group discussion
• 1:1 live power coaching by Leslie in the large group setting (each person opts in - not required)
• Peer mentoring and coaching
• Homework between sessions  

Six-week program

Week of Sept 7th - week of October 19th

Weekly time TBD 

Maximum of 6 participants (minimum 4)

Meet via Zoom every week (no distractions, video on)

-  Reconnection with who you are as a leader, your values and your authentic self

- Clarity on what you want (professionally and personally) and actionable insights

- Tools for combatting imposter syndrome 

- A trusted community of supportive and like-minded women

*note: areas of focus are subject to change based on preferences of participants

 A deposit of 50% is required to secure your spot. Payable via Zelle, bank transfer, credit card or Venmo.

Remaining 50% payment is due the following month.

Deposits are non-refundable but may be applied toward 1:1 coaching services.
